10 self-contained lockable studios, 24-hour access free parking, with gas central heating, Wi-fi access. The studios are on the first floor of the building, all except one has natural light, studios 1 - 5 face north and 6 - 11 southwest, rent includes all bills and rates etc.
Please note the studios are not soundproofed and are not therefore suitable as recording studios
